The 5 Day Hydration Challenge

How much water are you drinking most days? A lot of us don’t drink enough water and aren’t properly hydrated, which can have a big impact on your health and wellbeing.

Our bodies need plenty of water to function at their best. Some of the things you may notice if you’re not properly hydrated include headaches, tiredness and not beign able t concentrate very well. We also lose water through vital everyday functions such as breathing, sweating, urination and bowel movements and this needs to be replaced if you don’t want to be dehydrated.

This week we are doing the Hydration Challenge where, you’ll discover exactly why it’s important to be drinking enough water and how you can start building up your intake if you’re not hydrated enough at the moment.

With this challenge, I’m going to share with you this week, you’ll learn all about the importance of good hydration and why it’s so crucial for your health and wellbeing. Each day we’ll be introducing a different way to up your water intake and by the end of the week, you’ll know exactly how to make sure you’re well hydrated every day.
