Hydration Challenge – Water Rich Foods

Today we’re going to focus on eating foods that contain plenty water, which can help boost your hydration; You can get as much as 25% of your water intake from the food you eat so you don’t necessarily need to drink as much as you think to be properly hydrated.

Some foods that are naturally full of water include:

  • Cucumber
  • Strawberries,
  • Cantaloupe Melon
  • Celery
  • Tomatoes
  • Peppers
  • Cauliflower.

They can contain up to 90% water!

Making healthy, nutritious soups are an easy way to add a bit more more hydration and you can combine lots of these ingredients to hydrate more. This is personally my way of eating, soups almost the entire year and fresh fruits during the summer.
